Pics of refinished 437m - all welcome!

Bought a set of 437m & they need refinishing.

Ideally looking for some inspiration showing full gloss black, satin black or full dark grey / anthracite.

Tried searching but lots of old posts are plagued by the photbucket issue!

Kind of related but can they be repainted with normal automotive paint and clearcoat? Nothing special required?

Found this picture on another thread, these are not mine. Thought you'd be interested. I'll be doing mine in a couple months.

Mine are currently getting powder coated and almost finished, should be on my car along with new Michelin 4S's by this coming Saturday, will take much better picture then, but for now, this is a picture of the re-finished wheels that my wheel guy just sent me today. I had him powder coat with something very close to Orbit gray, I think they are going to look really good once its all finished.

ags28 the black chrome looks good.

I need to get mine done - does it change colour dependent on the light conditions and also look OEMish?

Mine is booked in for a couple of weeks time. I'm going silver powdercoat a change from the black/silver OEM 437m look but as they also do a silver/grey version of this wheel I hope it looks OEMish. Will post up some pictures once complete.

Went powdercoat silver today ( from the black/silver dc version ). Look OEMish compared to the silver DC versions of the 437m but obviously much longer lasting! Pleased with it

Oh, I like this a lot. AY brake calipers would pop nicely behind the alloys.

Yes I think it looks great! Don't know why for the OEM silver diamond cut finish they even bother just powder coat then and be done. At least with the black/silver diamond cut finish they is a distinctive finish to the wheel face/spokes....
