Ticking noise f82 M4?

Hey guys, I've been reading some threads on the ticking noise that some people encounter and this morning I heard the noise. Only happens during cold startup though, but any fixes? I've read that it's the lifters and there are some oils that can fix this noise. If so, what oil do you guys recommend?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!!

Sounds normal to me. You can try a heavier oil and if ticking is less audible, it's the lifters.

Hey brother, any updates on this? Have a very similar ticking noise in my m3

Castrol Edge 0W40 if out of warranty. If under warranty warranty Pennzoil Platinum Euro 5W40.
