December 2, I picked up my car at Welt, drove it for 2 days, dropped off at Loginout Munich airport, but could not get the December $750 offer because the car is still in Germany and not delivered in USA yet. I will probably get USA delivery in January sometime, if there is no incentive offer does that mean I will not get any type of credit due to the fact I took the ED???? Something is not right here, BMW encourages ED why would they punish someone for doing this. Is my dealer wrong somehow?? They state if there is an offer in the month I take USA delivery then I could get that credit . This should not be so complicated. The word lockable is confusing.
When doing ED, the deal is done and funded a couple of weeks before your pickup date. That's it, you're done. Anything that was valid when you signed was applied. You would not have been entitled to the December credit, nor will you be able to get any other offers that come along between now and redelivery. Your dealer was mistaken in claiming you could get any additional offers when you take delivery in the US.

What he said, not to mention that about the only incentive you can use towards ED is the BMW CCA?

Am I entitled to the November fest adder of $750? Since I signed in Nov, 2 weeks before my pickup date of Dec 2. My dealer says NO! They said BMW USA does not recognize the sale until I take delivery in USA. how can I prove them wrong?

Wow, they're totally wrong. It's sold and paid for before you pick it up. I'm assuming you've got all of the paperwork from the sale including what you paid/finance contracts, etc.? Ask them how they'll apply incentives after the fact short of writing you a check? Sorry for the bad news...

They said, if I can prove them wrong, they would write me a check for $750. I have been complaining constantly with my dealer. They keep saying I'm wrong. I don't know how to prove anything to them. I called BMW USA,they told me to call my dealer. It's a conspiracy.

^ isn't there a $750 December credit as well? If they won't give you the November credit just get the December Holiday credit. Same thing, different name. Shame your dealer is being difficult...

I was on the phone with BMW USA for 1 hour going from one rep to another, finally a manager. I am amazed how little they know. The manager agreed to call my dealer and find out why they will not apply this credit, should get a call from someone in a day or 2. I'm curious if anyone else had this problem?

I just picked up my F80 that I ordered in September. It was a November production that arrived here on 12/15. I was able to apply both incentives from BMW for December - $750 M3/3 series option credit/rebate and the $750 December rebate. That was $1,500 total. But then my dealer center here in Southern California also had a driving experience event this month that I attended. Not only was it a blast to drive all the BMW models on a track and drag strip, but BMW also gave me another $1,000 for attending. Total discount I got was $2,500.

You should at least be qualified to receive the $1,500 from BMW on a new F80 or F82 (which should be $500 and $1,000, but still $1,500).

Resurrecting this old thread as I'm hoping to do something soon.

Can the current $1,500 lease cash be combined with the 2 payment loyalty credit (up to $1,000) as well as UDE?

Are you talking about UDE that you attended in 2015 or upcoming ones? if you are talking about upcoming ones has that schedule been released yet?

I attended one in December and I confirmed somewhere (to my surprise) that it was good for 6 months. I did Team USA for my last car and it had a 3 month expiration if I recall.

Can't seem to find the schedule for either events. When I click the link it loops back to he main page. When I called BMW NA they noticed the same thing so they gave me the direct number.

Called the number and it was disconnected.

It was due to expire 2/29 and also cannot be locked in. I don't know if was extended for March.
