Well, there are things you could do that could move it more in one direction or another (luxury or track worthiness), such as strip out the interior for weight savings and add a roll cage (can't tell if one is in there or not, or add a lot of luxury type accoutrements (full blown audio system, etc...) but honestly, I think you likely have the perfect balance of track worthiness and daily driver. I'm jealous.

That makes me feel better This car was a ridiculous purchase for me, I can afford it, but only because no wife, no kids That said mine was about 79k, and I decided to get specific MP parts to get the exact look I wanted. I installed the front CF splitters and lower spoiler, side skirts and a rear CF spoiler. The front install was a real nightmare, but I love the look of it. I haven't driven it on the track with the mods yet so I am curious to see any difference in the handling. As far as modding the engine and whatnot, I haven't mastered the stock performance yet. Maybe after I really have that down, I would consider it, but because of the complexity of engineering, really don't want to mess with the warranty..lol...At arecent C&C meet, I was the only M4 there, must have been a hundred late model Porsches...I think they were all grey too

I wanted to keep the luxury....I had my heated/power vaders redone as you can see....alcantra middle with leather on the ends....has full BSW audio upgrades with a nice amp and 10" JL Audio sub in the trunk that fits perfectly on the side while still maintaining a full trunk. If I could find either new lux door panels, those are next on my list!

That's really nice. I debate daily whether to sell my e36 or not. Something tells me I'll really regret it

P.S. who the hell is dropping $6900 on a hood for the M3/4? That's borderline stupid.

$150k is attainable for a 991 gt3, but RS will be much more... You could have a tastefully modded f8x for DD plus a truck and dedicated track car for that.
