What's too many miles on an f82 M4?
Looking to buy a 2015-2016 M4 DCT in the next month. How many miles is considered too much to buy for this platform? I'm not looking to go stage 2+ and will only put a few k miles (if that) a year.

If car was untuned then 100k+ would be no issue with extensive service history, but stage 2 I probably wouldn't buy a car above 60k miles, but that's just me.
Important to note that miles are just one variable, level of care during ownership matters more and unless sellers have documentation it's always going to be up in the air unless you ask them 100 questions. |

I am 100% going to get a PPI no matter where the car is being sold. I've heard great things from this engine but not a lot of opinions regarding higher mileage cars. I refuse to buy anything that was tuned unless soft mods (exhaust etc.).

In the UK anything above 80k is considered high and most people would be put off due to this being a performance car but if doing a few thousand miles a year no issues just ensure full service history and not heavily modded.

Use the CarCare app and copy/paste the VIN number, add it to your garage and check the service history.
