325 Michelin Pilot 4S, absolutely perfect fit.

I decided to stuff some 325/25/20s under those lovely fender flares and it came out PERFECT, no rub! Tires are Michelin Pilot 4S standard spec.

Still plenty of clearance with the fender.

Would help if you shared specs of the actual wheels you mounted on them. You lowered as well?

RyF80 had the same tire on his HREs 20 x 11.5 on KWV3s but not sure the offset. Also its fine static but when you hit full compression or have a full load it may still rub.

20x11.5 +48 lowered on M-Performance HAS, I drove down some streets with big dips and no rub yet. I'll report back if anything changes.

11.50" - 12.50" is Michelin's recommended wheel width range - I'm curious whether this is bs or legit that 325s fit with no rubbing lowered. These are 991 GT3 big boy steamroller #s.

Street speed don't count. You need LA freeway speeds under heavy load to pass the sniff test. Thanks for sharing dude. Does *look* siq.

I did some more testing today, couldn't get any of my fat friends to sit in the back because of social distancing but I did have my wife and 8-year-old back there.

Went down PCH, a few dips on the highway at about 70mph, zero rubs. Drove around the streets, different inclines, and driveways, zero rubs. Inspected the tires and there is no evidence of contact on the edges.

I'm pretty confident to say so far these are a perfect fit with the size/offset. I Will report back if anything changes...

Snapped a couple of photos of how it sits with the new meats in the back.

Looks meaty.

I had my PS4S put on a week ago and I'm loving the traction, this is with standard sizes so I can't imagine how much more grip 325s get, 1st gear almost usable?

No way in hell those don't rub at freeway speeds on bumps or dips. If they don't then fuck me.

325/25 overall diameter is 26.4" vs 27" 295/30 but they are a full inch wider than the 295s.

That looks great! Now you need to widen up the front so all your sidewalls match vertically!

Those 325/25 ps4s may also be narrower than some other brand 325/25 thus allowing you to run without rubbing. I say this because my 265/35-19 AD08R is wider than my 275/35-19 Nitto NeoGen.

Might want to check on the inside as well since your m3 does live in a 3d world.

I forget the rule of thumb, but there comes a certain point where veering too far off the stock diameters will fuq with your gearing and overall bad practice. I personally can't stand mismatched sidewall heights as someone else pointed out already.

Perhaps those more mechanically inclined can clue us in.

Ps4s are some of the widest tires. They're yuuuuuge.

If I widen up the front but keep the same aspect ratio, the sidewall will be bigger than the rear which will look really funny.

The current setup (265/30/20 front and 325/25/20 rear) actually has the sidewalls matching nearly identical. 26.3"F and 26.4"R diameter. I really love the look, it levels the car out a bit and looks more even compared to stock.

Will definitely pull the wheel off after more miles and check the inside for any evidence of rub, but so far zero noises of rubbing.

Stock has the rear between .5-.6" larger overall diameter compared to the front depending on the wheel setup, 18" base to 20" competition.

Some people speculate that it can mess with factory MDM unless you get Euro or GTS MDM coded and it won't be an issue. As far as how true that is, I have no idea. A lot of owners run a 265/35/19 and 305/30/19 setup, overall diameter comes out to be exactly even at 26.3" front and rear and I haven't heard any issues at all.

Wasn't talking about profile, talking more about asthetic appearance of the sidewall. Right now your front sidewall appears slightly stretched vs your rear which looks vertical and beefy. This has always bothered me when i do fitments and actually am working on correcting my setup at the moment.

I will however point out that i think your F80 looks hot as is but the sidewall issue would annoy me (as it currently is on my ride!!).

Ahh...gotcha. I guess my opinion is a bit different since I was going for the squared non-stretch beefy look in the rear. A lot of Porsche cars are set up like this from the factory, squared tire in the rear and stretched upfront.

Mosselman also use this dimension on their F83 with a 12" rim without problems.
