NorCal Sightings thread

Doesn't look like we've started official sightings threads yet. Probably best to separate NorCal and SoCal, or traffic will be too silly to keep up with.

I'll start - 237 West saw a Mineral White F80 with tinted windows and BMW of Mt. View plates. I drove past you in my Mineral White F80 with the BMW performance bits and and East Bay BMW plate and waved. Nice to see another F80, only the 5th or 6th one I've seen on the road and the first other Mineral White.

For those of your in the bay area, there is a facebook group of reasonable car enthusiasts that got it's start in the E9x M3 crowd. https://www.facebook.com/groups/m38mycash/ PM me and I'll hook you up if you're interested. We do drives/track days/informal gatherings/etc.

That was me! At least I think it was. lol Not Mt View plates I think they say Roseville BMW. Typically I'm the fastest one on the road but was in a dazed and starving state. I didn't even see you until you flew by me. Was going to catch up but had to take 101N. Car looks great!

I was on my way to SS Customs in Redwood City to drop it off. They are starting on all the IND parts on Mon and will put the springs and wheels on as soon as I get the tires in, hopefully next week. If you're in that area you should stop by and check it out. And let me know how to get added to that fb group.

Awesome! Can't wait to see it. I'll send you a PM. Roseville and BMW of Mt View are both owned by the same group so they use the same font, but BMW of Mt View was literally a mile or so from where I saw you so I guessed.

Test driving a YMB on 880S and saw another YMB on 880S too! Near the Dixon landing exit on the south end of Fremont

I saw a Black on Black F80 (believe it was black int, may not have been). It was getting onto the freeway coming on the 101 on-ramp from Harrison in SF headed south. Believe it still had dealer plates - may have been a test drive. Looked nice and shiny :-) Didnt get a good look at it other than to know it was a new model - I was in quite a hurry myself as I wizzed by.

Saw a different Black F80 today in nearly same spot on my way into work today. This one was super dirty and had a bike or ski rack on it, couldn't tell. Wash your car brah :-)

I saw a YMB on black wheels last Friday 10/24 at the America Tire Co in Mountain view, right off the 237 and El Camino intersection.

I see AW M3 going down Sharp Park towards Skyline college daily with a young asian girl driving.

I saw an AW M4 parked at Avalon Unioncity with Mountainview plates. Nice pick man!

SO M4 on north bound 880 near Mission Blvd exit. East Bay BMW plate holder... I think. I was driving my old car if not, there'd be SO M3 andSO M4 side by side.

I think I saw this same car driving on brotherhood way, did it have back 19's? Additionally, I've seen a MG M4 in downtown S.F/Chinatown With black 19's, BSM M4 with 18's in Sausalito, YMB M4 with black 19's on Taraval in S. F. I've spotted these vehicles over the last two months or so, but the sightings are becoming more frequent.

Silverstone M3 in Pleasanton and Walnut Creek...black 19's, black exhaust tips/kidneys/side vents, tint. Oh wait...thats me!

Seriously, I have not seen any other F8x's around (save for one bone stock YMB M4 in Walnut Creek). Cars are still pretty rare, at least in the East Bay.

If you see a M3 with standard 18's in MG with SO interior around Chinatown/Downtown it might be me.

I haven't received my car yet but I'll make sure and shoot you the . My build is MW/SO M3, Silver 19's. I should be getting it in a few weeks. Transport vessel is currently in Panama.

Have acouple more to add. Spotted an AY M4, black 19's on 3rd and Howard in S.F a few days ago and also spotted a BSM M3 on 18's in San Mateo last night.

Saw yet another.... This time MG M4 black 19's black interior. Spotted on Noriega in sunset S.F.

Spotted a black (could be BSM, but looked blue, so maybe Azurite?) over Sahkir interior on Polk Street in San Francisco last Fri the 7th. Looks good!
