Misfire/Vanos after changing spark plugs

I need of some help please.

I installed NGK 97506 plugs gapped to 0.021 in my M4 (MHD stage 2+) on Thursday and it got a misfire so I swapped the plugs back and it still had a misfire. I then took them all out and put the NGK back in gapped to 0.023 and still got a misfire. So I reflashed it same map and reset adaptions and now I’m getting Vanos fault codes. If I clear the vanos codes and restart the car the 120408 code comes back but if I clear codes again it will go and I get a slight misfire in idle, if I take it for a drive to try learn adaptions it will drive fine off boost but misfire when on boost and throw misfire codes. Then clear the misfire and it will show the vanos codes upon start up.

Wondering if you’ve seen anything like it before?

I have checked the timing and it’s fine, have reprogrammed the car back to BMW stock but still the same issue.

Codes I’m getting:
120408
164040
164041
140001
140010
140401
140410
180001
180101

Thanks
