Lease Takeover 2015 M4 Yas Marina Blue - Los Angeles - No Down - Loaded
Hi All, looking to transfer the lease on a beautiful, like new 2015 BMW M4. Had a career change and am simply looking to save money. This is your chance to acquire this loaded vehicle with NO DOWN PAYMENT! Here is a full list of details about the vehicle: Yas Marina Blue 19” Black Wheel 437 M Storage Package Heated Front Seats Highlight Trim w/ Black Chrome Carbon Fiber Interior Trim Navigation System Harmon Kardon Surround Sound Black Extended Merino Leather M-Double Clutch Transmission M Performance Black Kidney Grills Carbon Fibre ducktail spoiler 20% Window Tint MSRP: $71,625 Here are the lease terms: Original Lease Term: 36 months Allowed Mileage: 12k/year (36K total) Current Vehicle Mileage: 20,500 - Mileage will increase as the car is driven (not daily, 2-3 times per week max) Months Remaining: 19 Remaining Miles: ~900/month (16K total) Excess Charge Per Mile: $0.18 (good until 1 business day before maturity date) Lease Start Date: 4/08/2015 Lease End Date: 4/08/2018 Residual/Buyout at Lease End: $43,691.25 Current Payoff: $60,109.49 (Good through 9/5/16) Monthly Lease Payment: $947.47 + Tax = 1032.74(My CA tax is $85.27/month. Yours will vary based on your location) BMW Lease Transfer Fee: $500 (Buyer is responsible for this fee. Paid directly to BMW, not me) NO DOWN PAYMENT!!! Factory Warranty and Free Scheduled Maintenance Until April 2018. The warranty and maintenance plan will be automatically transferred to the new leasee. I just serviced the car (8/11/16) for its regular 20K service and replaced all the brakes, brand new. The lease transfer process takes roughly 7-10 business days to complete. The process time can be as quick as 5 business days if both parties are quick to accurately complete and mail back the required paperwork to BMW. I will work closely with the buyer to ensure a quick and smooth transaction. Here is how the lease transfer process would work: Step 1: I will have BMW send you a credit app to complete. You will receive the link via email and be asked to pay a $500 transfer fee online directly to BMW. If you do not meet their credit requirements, BMW will refund $400 of the $500 back to you. They will keep $100 for their processing fees. If your credit is approved (typically $675+ can be less for previous BMW owners), then we move forward to Step 2.* Step 2: After your credit is approved, BMW will email both you and I a few forms to complete. These forms need to be signed/completed and mailed back to BMW. Once they receive the forms from both sides, they will send each of us email confirmations stating the documents have been received and are under review. We will then move to Step 3. Step 3: This is the final step in the process. BMW sends us both an email confirming all documentation has been reviewed and completed accurately, which then allows me to release the vehicle to you. When you pick up the car, I will pay you $500 to cover your costs for the BMW lease transfer fee. So basically, I am looking for a clean transfer. No down payments or security deposits to worry about. Lot's of mileage left on the lease. You simply take over the payments for the next 19 months.* The car is in excellent condition and is located in Los Angeles, CA. It is available immediately for lease transfer. I am open to shipping the vehicle if buyer sets up the shipping logistics and pays all shipping costs. Please reach out to me with any questions. Thanks.
