After years with an Omega magic long reach low profile jack and Esco stands I've moved to Quick Jacks. I still use it for jobs where you need a lift and a jack for stuff (think control arms) but there's no going back now - Quick Jacks are worth every penny for safety and usability.
I only use the low rubber blocks as they don't seem to damage the jack pads on the car. |

Same as others have replied, I don't bother with the jack pad adapters when I'm using the QuickJack. There's really no way to line up all four of them. The rubber blocks are soft enough and I haven't noticed any deformation on the jack pads.

Have you seen the QuickJack Wall Hangers? They're the best way to store the QuickJack rails if you have the wall space with appropriately placed studs. (Click on the pic for the link)

There's two things I would improve though. The silver should've been painted gloss black to match the rails and the hook part could have been wider so that the hoses would hang from them as well. I made two circular slings out of paracord and hang one hose from each hook.

Got my QJ used. Got finished building his e36 M3. Sold it to me for $800. Best money I have spent. Jack stands are so sketchy.

Just a quick tip for pricing: look for Quickjack deals during black friday. Homedepot had the quick jack last november for 1050 + free shipping (normally 1450), and that wasn't for the 3500 model, it was for the 5000. Hard to beat BF deals. Every year so far they've had good deals on quickjacks - I waited last year since I missed out on the 2019 BF deal. Luckily they dropped the deal again.

here's an odd question, how long can you leave the car jacked up for? I ask this as I'd like to keep the wheels off the ground ( concrete garage floor ) in the winter month while the car is in storage.

Just got mine on Monday. I wish I'd just gotten it earlier because it's a game changer. I do like that I got a good deal from Costco but I would've just paid the premium if I knew that it was this good - this thread convinced me so thank you all

I simply use these jack pads https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...f_=as_li_ss_tl with some velcro tape. I have a small square glued inside of the jack point and another on top of the jack pad, pop it in and it holds in place so you can line up the jack. Don't forget to take them off, I did
