Car Insurance!

In California. I've got AAA and my insurance for a 2015 Mercedes & M3 is over $4,500/yr...

What companies have good coverage for a cheaper premium? I know Wananesa quoted me about $2,600/yr. 250/500, 100, 5, 100/300... comp/collision, property, medical, uninsured motorist & roadside/rental coverage.

It's time for a switch! Any other companies recommended??

Nobody will be able to provide you with an answer to this question because it will be based on several factors. What one person gets won't be identical to you based on miles driven/year, age, whether you are married or not, location etc.

Your best bet to find the cheapest premium is to go online and get a quote from insurers in your area.

Nationwide in NC. I was told that NC is 48 out of 50 states for lowest rate rankings.

My insurance keeps on going up. Started at 600, went up by $50 after 6 months, and now to 685 at 12 months. No tickets or claims...

2100 for 2 drivers and 2 cars

I think 100/250 however high it needs to be for my umbrella insurance which is 275 for 3mill seems like a good deal to me

Amica married 32. Did you know if it's over 1k it's labeled as a claim even though it was a glass replacement. They got me

Great insurance premium for the Baltimore area. Back in 1982 I bought a 1970 Plymouth Cuda with a 440 six-pack and liability insurance was $1,500 a year. I lived in northeast Baltimore by the county line on Belair Road.

When I retired from the military in 2004 my insurance was going to increase from $1,500 a year with USAA to 5K moving back to Baltimore. I am still in California and your rates are equal to what I am paying for San Diego County.

Progressive. They quoted me about $4,200 for six month for m4, x5, vw gti, and F150. I was like "What the.." But any other insurance company wouldn't even insure all 4 together saying m4 was prohibitive vehicle. I was paying about $500 a month all together with statefarm, and after a couple of violations, they skyrocketed the rate to $790 a month. So I cancelled the jnsurance right away, and have been trying to insure all these since then and just got prpgressive to insure me a couple of days ago. But there is a catch, they are sending snapshot devices for 3 of vehicles I own with exception of X5. Saying x5 is not compatible with the device(which I thought was weird..) anyone could chime in and let me know if this snapshot thing will do any good to me? I dd my truck(about 40miles a day) m4 barely gets driven, my wife dd gti(30miles a day) x5 is for kids and family trip( i guess this doesnt matter since x5 wont even have snapshot installed)

Sold my 2015 M4 and picked up a 2014 911s cabriolet and the insurance went down $0.14.
I would have thought my insurance would go up.

USAA quoted me at almost $3k/year.

Geico quoted me for $681/6 months.

How would an OBD snapshot not be compatible with the X5? That sounds like a load of shit to me

That's a lot of money you're paying for insurance. Do you have tickets or accident/claims history? What was the nature of your violations? I used to price vehicle insurance rates at a major carrier.

There is this stupid super speeder ticket law in metro atlanta area, which you get in addition to your original ticket if you get caught speeding in metro atlanta area. And I knew about it, but forgot to pay it with the original speeding ticket. A few weeks later( of course, I thought I took care of all the fines), I got pulled over again for using my phone on the road. And they got me for reckless driving AND suspended license. 4 points each.... Also I have a couple of minor violation within last 5 years, but those 2 violations were what really got me..

Wow I just called Wawanesa and it was literally $200 a month less than my previous insurance with a way better policy. Thanks so much for the tip! I thought I wouldn't qualify because I have one ticket on my record but it was fine. Very happy!

I've never heard of Wawanesa before. Is it comparable to Geico or Mercury? So far, I haven't read any good review about them.
