this is simply incredible for any car, let alone a car like this. i don't think these cars get enough credit for how well built they are.

As I get closer to 100k I also feel bad not because of the miles, but the fact that the day is coming closer when I have to make a decision on a new car. I looked at the new M4 but I don’t have the excitement like I had when I got this car and my previous E92 M3 which had 95k miles when I traded it in. I still love driving this car and will do so for a while, but unfortunately the day is approaching when I will have to replace it. I probably will end up with the new M4, even though I don’t understand how that front end was approved for production.

April '15 build car. Rolled 35k in it today. Only (very minor) issue was found when addressing the crank hub potential failure mode - a really minimal seep on one of the turbo inlet seals. That was at ~27-28k miles on the car.

Car has been rock solid, it's a fair weather plaything for me and only sleeps indoors.

Just bought a 2018 M3 comp DCT w/24k miles as a new daily. Coming from a 2010 Prius>2015 Golf TDI>M3. I drive/commute a ton. About 80 miles per day. I figure I'll rack up about 25k miles/year on it. Probably a dumb decision but I needed something more fun on my daily. I have a few garage queens, a 997.2 4S 6spd, an Alfa 4C, and a 62 corvette so driving the Golf TDI everyday, as great as that car is left me really longing for one of my other cars, but thats being fixed now lol

Smart decision; it's a Good move!

A fun car to drive every day and assonate the hwy!

My cousin just sold his 4c.

Keep a fresh set of tires on the M3 and you're good to go!!!!

Nothing. Replaced crankhub at like ~60k. Just oil changes literally nothing else and have been tuned on e85 for over 20k miles.

When did your brakes go

Also did you ever have to change injectors or you did plugs only

Lastly did you do a Dct service

MY16 ordered new
~41,000
Only issue was 100% covered under warranty a couple years ago. The valvetronic motor(?) and/or other parts were replaced due to a ticking sound.

I plan on keeping this car for another at least 5 years.

I still get exited to drive it!
