101,000 miles first problem: Broken gas pedal.
Hey guys. My 2019 M4 has been trouble free for 101,000 miles, except tonight when flooring the throttle my gas pedal broke. It still drives fine but the gas pedal now feels loose because I apparently broke a flange or something. I did an internet search and I can't find anything directly related to our cars. I'm hoping that someone can lead me in the right direction to get this fixed without too much cost. Only the pedal is broken not the actual mechanism that it's attached to. BTW, please ignore my dirty floor.. it's been a rough 2021. The first pic is the pedal (duh) and the 2nd is a pic of the piece that apparently broke.
Car: 2019 M4 Civic Edition. Transmission: Manual Thank you so much for any help!!

Man that's a lot of miles driven on MY19, time to upgrade to M Performance pedals.

I've been doing about 1,500 miles per week lately. 96,000 of those miles are tuned on BM3 stage 1 91. I drive this car hard. Super happy with it. I'm actually surprised that that accelerator pedal didn't break sooner given how often I stand on it

No.. Thought about it and decided to take my chances. If I had a more aggressive tune I would have upgraded.

I'm hoping that this has been rectified with later model years? Although if history repeats itself every BMW will have leaks at some point. My e92 needed every gasket changed before 100K. My 435 had 140,000 miles, but only needed the valve cover gasket replaced.
