^This. They all have the farts to some degree. The Remus system is very farty/raspy when cold. When it fully warms up it sounds much better, but is still farty/raspy at times.

AA really suppressed it but it was still there a little. It also suppressed the blips tho.

That's my exact setup. I really like it, A LOT.

It's a little loud when cold, and there's a slight drone at 55 in 7th gear (if you have DCT), but other than that, I love it.

I think you'll like it...

Ou boy, this was the setup i was looking for

I'm having a hard time judging the different setups by checking videos since none gose wot and release to generate the fart it seems.

I'm not doing it myself but wen your driving sporty it happens that i release after WOT and that annoying fart happens.

Damn you MQUEEF

I love it, especially since I have my valve fuse pulled. It's the most noise I can make till I go dp's n intake n burble tune( possible straight pipe too) need loud asap, car is way too quiet.

Ya i second that. Even with catback its still quiet inside due to all the noise insulation. I have ASD coded off and it still quiet for my taste.

Can anyone compare stock exhaust valves open to the MPE exhaust. Noticeable difference ? Or should I say a $5k noticeable difference ?

Sorry to thread jack, does anyone have a video of an eisenmann exhaust (not the one tip one) with non resonated center pipes and non resonated downpipes, I have non resonated downpipes and I'm looking for an exhaust, and I'm completely lost, and I have been for over 4 months now

Most people I know of went Eisenmann Resonated. I have yet to even hear Non-Res DP Eisenmann.

Good luck trying to find one

I like the sound of AWE the best, but it was just too dam loud and the farts got annoying. The Remus sounded very agressive and I liked it alot, but it too was way too loud and mine had an issue.

Stock with DP's is best of both worlds, but there is still some ZINGY ZING in the exhaust note I dont care for. But the DP's change the tone to a much deeper one over stock.

Im thinking I will try AA midpipe with my DP's and stock exhaust to see if the mid pipe will deeping the zING.

Well see.
QUESTIONS plz!:

So stock exhaust with aftermarket DP retains the valve control we have? The sport / sport plus buttons still function?

And do different down pipes make a big difference in sound? They are all so short and catless.....

And im guessing this barely gives any performance gains? Like a few hp?

Thanks!

Yes.

No.

Yes there are significant performance gains from a downpipes, next most gains after a tune. Then again depends how you define significant but it's more than any other exhaust mod or an intake.
