They should have kept Estoril for the M3. It looks fantastic on this body style. Enough to really stand out and look sporty but not too much. And no, I'm not going to pay $5k to paint my M3 in a standard F30 color.

Yas Marina Blue does look good under strong and natural light. The only problem is that you have not seen it.

The spy photographs and recent pictures have not been indicative of the car in these elements. Again you have to be patient.

Because they're all talk, when it come down to it no too many people will be able to live with that color on a daily basis.

+1 - I don't care if it's not exclusive to the M.

I'm not a fan of frozen colors, looks like primer to me but Frozen Silver is an exception. It's a spectacular paint. At a track event I attended there was a frozen silver M6 GC which was easiest he best looking car there. But I'm not going to sink $10k+ into the paint. Mineral White or Silverstone with some CF trim as splitters and maybe a curb polishing lip is likely what I'll get.

You'd only be sinking $5,500 for an Individual color.

True, I was thinking of $14k frozen E92 M3s. That was however a frozen package including other options as well. $5500 is still more than 2x what I would pay for paint on an M3. Maybe $3k for pure metal silver.

Have you seen the frozen colors up close? The frozen red has little sparkle and flake up close.

Lowered, chrome trim dipped in black with black wheels and this colour has potential of looking pretty good but in the stock form it looks awful.

Here's a 7er which was a custom order, some cars just don't suit vibrant colours...

We were patient.

Every time you told us to be patient. You promised a dark green, a light green on the i3, and vibrant colors.

What did we end up with? Baby blue.

If you want us to like it, show us a damn picture.

I am certain,- M3, M4 are going to be absolutely stunning in YMB, just fits the car's character and body-exterior detail...
... The more people on here hate YMB, the more I like it!
... and my BMW's always had conservative colors,- Black Sapphire 335i and Space Gray M3, no doubt elegant colors but can be boring!

Something like fire blue?

Have to admit, the color choice for M3/4 is somewhat poor IMHO

Would like the M6 blue (San Marino?) anyway, that color is really popping !

I saw one in this color too..

I want to like YMB, I just really need to see it in person first. I've had two black, a midnight blue and a mineral white car; part of me wants a bold color.. I love Mexico blue on the P-cars but this is my DD... could bring about too much of the wrong attention.

I quite like the blue in the Prius in the back on the second pic. Would not object to that on an F82 at all.
