I absolutely agree with you at this point. But you know, there is another more complicated thing that makes me switch to safer color. Since many people are jealous and the color draws a lot of attention, some weird things might happen...The alternative is to go with AY and then wrap it if i get tired from color.

I saw an Austin Yellow M4 in person today, followed by a Yas Marina Blue and Black.
Let me just say, the Austin Yellow is far nicer than I thought!! It is a magnificent color that morphs into variations of metallic yellow depending on the lighting condition. For anyone that has selected an AY. Congratulations!!!! You won't be disappointed! :-) As a side note, the YMB looked far better and punchier than the black, but appeared quite pale in certain lighting conditions. I wish this was a shade darker. It is however, my 2nd choice after the AY. |

And yes, those most recent pictures really look good to me. I can't help but like this color in the pictures. I tried to go another direction, but kept coming back (for punishment, I guess). |

This car is gorgeous, finally saw it in person. I want to switch to AY... and I thought I would hate AY. It. Is. Beautiful.
Sorry for the compression from photobucket... they suck.

I just saw AY at my dealer's place yesterday. I don't know what to say actually. Color is very unique and special, definitely looks better and less flashy in person. I have even noticed a little bit of matter finish lol Although, I'm still happy that I have changed AY to AW because AY is still too "noisy" color, it will draw a lot of attention for sure and people who like flashy, exclusive color, they will definetly love AY. But it's not for DD for sure. Everyone who expects smth rather than yellow/goldy color from AY, I'm suggesting you to change your order.
