No, he meant stock DOWNPIPES. "Headers" are the exhaust manifolds for N/A and Supercharged vehicles, "Downpipes" are the exhaust manifolds for Turbocharged vehicles. One downpipe for single turbo applications, two for twin turbo, etc.
