F82 Crash in Fullerton CA

Drive safe guys! We have fast cars and love to push it but shit still happens! Came across this video, thought I would share.

Crews located an overturned BMW that landed up against a town-home, destroying the outdoors patio. The driver was transported in unknown condition to a local hospital. Speed was cited as a factor in the crash. Fullerton PD will be handling the investigation.

Maybe that CF diffuser will be for sale.

I bet that individual being subjected to FST's exhibited nystagmus. I'm guessing this will be a CVC 23152 case.

His tire pressure was .5 psi off. It caused uneven tire wear resulting in the crash.

The car had nothing to do with the accident. Props to BMW safety, after rolling the M4 at 90+mph up an embankment into a house, the driver's well enough to Almost pass a field sobriety test.

Almost pass the FST.. Are you serious? Just by his 9 steps walking and turning, and Romberg Test, he FAILED! He was not even close of passing any of the tests. I can bet you that on anything.

I think he has a case if he says that he was wearing converse that were 4 sizes too big and couldn't press the brake pedal. Also why he failed his field sobriety test.

It's hard to explain if you don't issue FST's for a living. I could demonstrate why, but it's difficult to explain.

Here is another instance when the newer LED rear light would of looked so much cooler than the captured incandescent ones. Yet one more indication of proof that I am glad I waited for the F80 LCI.

I bet his mom just taught him to drive sitting too close to the wheel, and he simply didn't have the ROM available to correct the slide in time.
