M4 GTS Tail Lights Third Brake Light Delay

Hi,

I setup this set of GTS tail lights, I have noticed quite a delay between the GTS tail lights and my third brake light. I'm not sure what is causing it, I'm positive that the wires are connected properly.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Update:
Upon further diagnosis of the wiring. I came to the conclusion that the lights themselves seem to have a delay when it gets power.

Seems like the flaw is in the lights themselves...
