You'll need to contact Awron directly since we don't see the ACS boxes here in the states.

The AWRON itself is working as described but it won't show the additional HP/TQ which a Piggyback will add. This is because the ECU isn't aware of the extra horses and therefore the AWRON isn't able to calculate properly. It'll show the same values as before the Tune. ECU flash is totally different though. |

Brown wire from the Awron harness should be on PIN24.

thanks for posting these! Followed them last night and was able to bust it out in about the time prescribed. I did have a few moments where I went "am I colorblind???" when trying to compare the instructions and the actual wire colors

I contacted Awron and they asked for the software version on the unit and they would send a file to use to update it. But my original question was around how to physically do the update because I could not find the USB cable. It was hidden behind my dash.

You would have to unhidden that cable cause it's the only way.

Just following up. Were you able to get your Awron display updated?

Follow on question here: can you just disconnect the Awron at the harness/plug that plugs into the Awron?

JB4 and Awron cannot co-exist if CAN wires are connected on the JB4. Either disconnect the CAN wires from the JB4 or remove the Awron.

What I mean, though, does the Awron wiring need to be disconnected at the vehicle source, or can I just unplug the connection on the Awron itself?

You can unplug at the Awron itself, or it's easier to go within the setup menu and select PASSIVE MODE.

Thanks Tom. Tried that today (without the JB4) and I noticed that the Awron reset to active mode after I turn off the car and restarted. Si that what it is supposed to do?

The awron is working correctly. It will default to active upon startup each time.

Bringing back this thread. Does the Awron gauge have issue or have anyone have issue with rapid changes in temperature? I live in TX where the heat can be as high as 105+ degrees *F and if I blast the AC, I don't want to crap out the Awron gauge. Vise versa for extreme cold to heat blasting changes.
