My headlight washer cover is crooked - how can I fix it?

Don't recall seeing this but noticed after I got it back from the dealer. Any tips on getting this to fit flush?

Find a way to pull the washer nozzle out with your fingers or a plastic pry. Make sure you protect the paint with tape. Then just readjust the cover on the nozzle. Make sure no clips are broken on it.

Looks like the housing is separating a bit from the bumper.

Garage List
You may have to pull the bumper cover away to get at it from the other side. It's not hard but it is time consuming as you have to remove a lot of 8mm and Torx screws. You don't have to disconnect all the wiring and actually remove the bumper cover. I had to do this when something I picked up on the freeway knocked my right front Park Distance Sensor back behind the bumper.

Guess there is some sort of double sided adhesive that is failing.
