click when depressing and releasing throttle on transmission

hello, to see if someone happens something similar.
I have bmw M4 lci and when I press and release the accelerator it makes a small click noise in the transmission area
bmw says it needs differential adjustment.

Its a click or a thud ?
On sport and sport plus i have a thud noise when i go on and off with the trottle, drivetrain slack i think

click, lightly press and release the accelerator.
