I think it looks great as long as it's not overdone.

Unfortunately I got a black sapphire metallic so I can't play along

To me it looks cheap and homemade with paint.

The seat stitching looks damn good.

Color matching Seatbelts look alright but generally I think the solid colored ones look cheesy. I even feel that way about the tri-color ///M stitching where the accented stitching on the belts look nice BUT if the colors occupied the entire width of the seatbelt then I'd hate it. Perhaps an accent stripe that matches the exterior color could work though. See the photo below for a red example.

Maybe the paddle shifters could work too. But I think it might be overkill beyond that.

I think this sort of thing can get out of hand real quick. I prefer white or silver stitching on black interiors. I think the amount of color in the M Competition models is just right. A little color on the seat belts, steering wheel stitching, a few M logos here and there and certainly no more coverage than the red gauge hands.

Something about interior bright colors used more than just accents isn't tasteful to me and a little distracting.

I like a loud exterior and subtle interior.

In my opinion, it's too much, i would go with gloss black, instead of red, but it's just a personal preference..
