First off, ton of fun working and testing these new features! Testing is going really well. We've moved the trigger controls away from the pedals (accel. pedal and brake) to the left side of the steering wheel for ease of use while driving. We're expanding to even more tables that are switchable for each map slot which will make for some really interesting new features not possible so far. Flex fuel tuning is using a continental flex fuel sensor sending ethanol content and fuel temp over CANBus. Wanted to share a quick demo of an upcoming new feature for bootmod3 called map switching. In this demo it is running on a 2015 BMW M3 with the MEVD17.2.G DME, S55 motor.

This enables users with bootmod3 to flash once but be able to switch between maps in the car without any other flashing. Custom BM3 maps can be created with current 4 entirely independent maps embedded into one with separated settings for load/torque/boost, ignition timing, fueling, knock sensitivity, iDrive gauges and burble.

Map 1: 0.1 BAR of boost (1.5psi ) - Valet map
Map 2: E30 OTS map
Map 3: 1.8 BAR (26psi) 12 degree timing
Map 4: 2.2 BAR (32psi) 18 degree timing with WMI

At the moment, under the covers over 30 calibration tables and the logic driving them have been exposed to enable this level of configurability, with more coming..

Soon, we're releasing a demo of rolling antilag as well as flex fuel integration using flex sensor integration over the canbus.

Lmao I mentioned that EcuTek was doing this in your Facebook group and got kicked out. Didn't know you guys were so sensitive. Ditching BM3 next season for EcuTek anyways. At least they already have map switching and a true flex fuel tune figured out.

Holy shit this is a total game changer!! BM3 continues to prove why they're the best. The have the best support and stand behind their tunes. They also continue to improve and update as well!

Yes seriously. Not sure how a comment like that is constructive at all.

I’ve had Ecutek on my previous cars and it was no where as user friendly as BM3 is. Great tuning platform and one to first offer Flex fuel tuning capabilities to protuners, but BM3 is getting there and once again, so much more user friendly. Plus cheaper! ECutek with their licensing, FF hardware and FF protune was close to 4-5 grand when I was done protuning my 2015 WRX back in 2015. BM3 keeps adding this stuff for free and, over again, easier to use.
