M Performance DCT cover...I've ordered two others that sucked...get the M Performance version and thank me later. Red Buttons...autoteknic CF shifter paddles...M Performance steering wheel with Monaco insert (wish I bought M Performance) and red buttons of course. Loved the bmwp wheel but the stripe didnt match my jahre 30s interior and wasnt a fan of the alcantara sooo bought a badly worn one for cheap and professionally retrimmed it. Think it keeps am oem+ type look

Another option to get the 10.25" screen is to buy an Andream unit from Ali Express. It's a direct fit with no modifications required, pretty sure it costs less, and it also gives you a touchscreen with full Android functionality while still passing through all original iDrive functions.

The CF buttons... are they just covers that clip over originals, or are they replacements for originals?

Got this screen and was total hot garbage in terms of quality. Costs almost half the original cost to send back to China after fighting for them to accept the return. Definitely would not recommend unless you had the 6.5" screen. Although aliexpress is probably the best way to try this, as I purchased from them directly and paid via PayPal.
