No, but apparently you do.

I'm agreeing with CanAutM3 and disagreeing with you because his analysis was correct and yours was wrong. How is that "starting something". Again, you obsessively need to attack me, as you have before. But you just keep on doing you.

Putting you on my Ignore list, as I've done in the past.

I dunno what you guys are on about. Perfect driving. The problem is obviously that his tires were 3psi off.

Funny ass comments here.

My rule of thumb on back roads is to push hard enough to enjoy but to never go near the car's limits. Stuff like this could happen or on the other side of a corner there can be people biking, a traffic jam, somebody coming in hot the wrong way, etc. The whole point is to have fun while coming out unscathed.

Absolutely . . he braked right into a rockfall boulder at a 30 deg angle, and local geology played fulcrum on the LH front tire. You can see the rock debris scattering after impact. Had he stuck to his lane, blind curve would have been a nothing-burger. Instead, he stuck the landing.
He was in his lane the whole time till he left the road. Embarrassed to say that that car is a NSW (state in Australia) car so we drive on the left hand side of the road. Looks like there is a small amount of rain on the windscreen of the following car, which probably didn't help.

Looks like the car is a write off - it is no longer registered.

Standard fair on most european cars. Hazards activate automatically uppon impact or roll. Some even activate hazards when emergency braking is activated (check CarWOW brake tests).

The driver needs to adapt to the road, not the other way around

So they hit the kerb and the car flips whilst out of control and braking....

No surprise at all..... Many vehicles flip like that at that speed. Lower speed and hit the kerb - broken wheel and suspension damage.... High speed and it acts like a giant lever under the corner of the car fired at explosive speed.

Dude has 0 counter steer, no wonder it over steered into a ditch.

Classic case of lift off oversteer, should have lost speed b4 the turn.

1. Driver error 1 - Too high speed and too wide lane (pic 1) into decenting corner. The decent reduces the weight on rear wheels
2. Driver error 2 - Surprised driver hits the brakes and causes the rear wheels to lose grip.
3. Bad luck - there is a rock on the road (see pic2) and the driver is unable to steer past it due to the slide.

Me too. It looked pretty bad but the car seemed remarkably intact. If they were wearing their seat belt it probably saved them.

I dont want to take this driver to task like others have (rightfully, it has just already been done). Yeah they are an idiot, canyon speeding in the middle of night. It doesnt get more dumb than that.

At the same time I really hope this is a learning experience. Hopefully it "shocked" the Lewis Hamilton out of him.

Anybody know which country they're driving in? They're driving on the left side (unless the video is flipped)

In any case I hope the people in that car are OK. It could've been much worse, good thing there was no oncoming traffic.

F8x are bit of a handful, just like a hot redhead. The same reason that makes them exciting also can bite your head off any moment if you're not careful

Wait, you're not supposed to hit the brakes mid-corner?

late on cornering
trailing throttle oversteer
too much throttle in the middle of that curve
Poor braking before wreck
lift-off oversteer
...

whatever! who cares!

They guy did not even move the steering wheel, no opposite lock at all. I have seen million of such situations that were saved in an instant.

I'm surprised how calm the guy following seems to be, like it's no big deal his friend just wrecked and totaled the car.
