Suggestions for what wheels should go on my friends m4

My friend currently has a 2016 m4 and is looking to put a different set of wheels on them. Any suggestions for what brand he should buy from or what set of wheels he should get? He preferably wants lightweight wheels. Also he wants to know any suggestions for what new tires he should get such as brand, size, etc.

Any suggestions will help

What tires do you have? And what size are they.

I think so too, they’re what I went for with my build. Had the 666 which were nice too but a pain to wash.

OP here’s a few pics of both. What color is your friend’s car??

+1 for Apex. I have silver 18" SM-10s. Titan does look nice too. As far as lightweight goes, stick with 18" wheels. The OEM 513Ms are great.

Nice, I must say I agree that the Titans 7 in that orbit greyish colour would look great. The 763M in black would get lost in the car’s color imo
I like the look of larger rims myself and enjoy the way the staggered 763 handle, but if your friend’s priority is lightweight then yeah 18" is the way to go.

Richland Forged RF-GT4 are worth taking a look at. The hand brushed finishes look amazing.

Why doesn't your friend just create an account and ask the question himself?

OP: Ideally your friend has a budget and purpose in mind. Is it <$2K <$4K, <$8K?? Also street, or track? You'll get different answers. Wheels are subjective when it comes to a persons taste as well.

APEX 18x10 ET25 squared w 275/35ZR-18 TOYO PROXES R888R SL these tires are noisy, they make a humming sound similar to a train on tracks, however I actually like it. The meatiness of these donuts match the car imo, though keep in mind BBK is not an option w 18's. I feel more confident with the square setup, rear breaks loose more gradually. My Vette was staggered too and also had that slingshot feel, breaking loose violently. I have no rub w this setup at stock height w no spacers. Should also add that I had BBS FI-R's before, I did notice the weight difference however the jump in price didn't justify the performance gain, it's just if you really need that extra 10%

Wheel choices is personal and subjective. One person’s dream can be others nightmare. There’s a ton of photos on this thread below and some lists specs including tires.
