My New 2018 Fire Orange F80 M3 Build

I ordered this on March 20th of this year after searching around for an allocation for almost a month. I had multiple dealers in California that said they could get me an allocation but the only one that came through was Greg Poland at Pacific BMW. He was great to deal with, no BS and was upfront about the deal and was always quick to respond when I had questions. He moves a ton of cars so he knows how to get things done.

Greg coordinated with me and the transport the day before and I got to pickup the car the day it arrived to Pacific BMW on July 4th. This was actually fairly convenient because the LA traffic was at a minimum due to the holiday.

I ended up picking up the 7 year 75k mile extended platinum warranty as I was able to swing a good deal on it. I plan to keep this car for the foreseeable future and its not my daily driver so the warranty made sense to me.

I originally did not plan on adding a bunch of the port installed accessories but after talking with my wife she pushed me to just build it exactly how I wanted it. I think the only thing I will end up changing are the wheels which I am torn between either BBS LM-Rs or FIR or possibly Forgeline GA1Rs. Everything else is just just how I want it.

I think for me the best option I got installed was the M Performance Exhaust. I love the way it looks with the carbon diffuser and I love the way it sounds. I was worried it was't going to be loud enough for me but I think it sounds just right!

No I worked with Greg Poland and his assistant Fernando. They both were great! I attached another photo from the other side that shows the shifter. The shifter was a great upgrade over stock for sure!

I honestly would have preferred that knob since its lighted but it wasn't an option on the PIA list I got.
