513M Track Tires Choices
Have a set of 513 laying around and want to slip on a set of track tires with it for tracks only.
Would the NT01 in 275/40 and 305/35/18 be okay with the 513 rims? Do you foresee any issues? I run DSC OFF on tracks. |

Slight tangent, but is anyone running the 513M with pilot sport cup 2 tires?
I too have a set of 513M sitting around and am thinking about using them for track wheels. The PSC2s dont seem to come in exactly the right sizes, closest i can seem to get is 265/35R18 in front, and 285/30R18 in back. Leaves you with a meaningfully smaller rear tire outer diameter, something like 20 rotations per mile more than the front. Is that going to make any noticeable difference? Basically just trying to figure out what the best tire options are for the 513M. |

Hey bro did you ever go with the 305s on the 513 rim? Currently trying to upgrade from the 275s but don't know if I should go 295 or 305 rear

I have a square set of 513 rears with 275/35/18 RE71’s.
Also a set of Titan 7’s with NT01’s in 275/35/18 front and 305/35/18 rears. I could not imagine a 305/35 NT01 on the 513’s. I’ve got the NItto’s on my car, let me step and take a pic. A 305/35/18 NT01 fits the width of a 10.5” wide rim, I don’t think a 10” rim will do it justice.

Thanks!
It just seemed a little fat on the rims. Are you using 10" rims all around? Or the stock 9/10 front/rear? I ask because I'm trying to get a set of 265/35 and 285/35 from hankook direct, but it's taking forever. The sizes you're using seem to be in stock though. Sorry to bump an old thread but seems like a common question without much info out there.
Does anyone know if i can run 295/35r18 rears on my stock 513M wheels with my car on lowering springs (Macht Schnell) And then I’m thinking 275/35r18 on the front. Might need spacers or would it rub regardless. |
