Sea level rise doesn't seem to be much of a concern to developers or buyers ( at the moment ) But there is a small percentage of people who are sick of the flooding and moving more inland. The market depends on what area you speak of. Downtown Miami/Brickell has so much inventory I honestly do not know how its going to play out since there is about 5 years worth of inventory. The high end single family home market is still doing well but I see it turning into a buyers market at some point. The lower end single family home market is doing well but unless you're priced perfectly you're going to be sitting on the market for some time. Overall properties are selling if they are priced correctly.

Right before the market crashed in 2008 I was in Tampa selling a condo conversion. Close to USF.
If you need a realtor up there let me know. The Ben Moss Group over here in Miami who represents a ton of Athletes has a team of people in Tampa and St. Pete so I can put you in touch with a great agent |

For those that are CPA's and drive M3's, do you feel like this car is a bit too much considering the nature of the profession? I feel like clients would like something more conservative. Can anyone care to chime in if I am right or wrong?

Think about it this way (as this goes for lawyers too) - If you hired a CPA/Lawyer to do some work for you and they showed up in a 10 year old beat up corolla vs an F80 which would you prefer? Corolla to me says that this person is probably not overly successful, doesn't care about their things and is not necessarily careful, or at least is not my equal (because I'm a wealthy business owner or CFO) so why am I paying him so much? An F80 makes me think man this person has clients willing to pay him for his services, he must be good. Is the above stupid or ridiculous or whatever? Yes, absolutely. Does it happen, definitely. In fact, I have seen it happen in my line of work as an attorney. It's all about the perception of success in certain parts of this country and in certain industries. Granted not all and this is a wild generalization based off of my limited experience. That's being said, as the poster above mentioned, why would your client really ever have any reason to see your car? At the end of the day you are buying the car for yourself.
