Hi Andrey,

Our EU website mentions VAT inc pricing. Currently production is still happening in USA. All parts coming into Europe from outside Europe require payment of duty fees and VAT. We arrange for that over here in Belgium so the customer does not have to do this. Obviously on all items you buy in Europe you have to pay the VAT.

Your order was shipped from Belgium to Portugal. You did not have to pay extra import tax or VAT as you were invoiced from Belgium. Also the VAT was not close to 2k euro. But a little over half of that.

I am sorry to read about this on the forum as we discussed about all this via email before you placed the order.

Regardless of the above (we cant change EU regulation on VAT/import) I hope you are enjoying your st2 turbos which you have now over a year already.

Kind regards,
Peter

Just to clarify that we usually don't drop ship to the customer. We import the items in Belgium so customer gets a VAT incl invoice from us. Part ships from Belgium too so no extra taxes for the customer upon receiving the turbos.

Sometimes customers asks for dropshipment from USA directly which we also can accommodate ofcourse.

Greetz,
Peter

This was done @ SCC500 in Germany this weekend. We took home top spot in this rolling 50kph, 1km WOT event.

Here are the final standings. As you can see there was some good competition but the F80 with Pure Turbos beat them all.

We forged the engine early 2018. So it's no longer stock internals.

You may want to add the fuel-it stage 4 port injection kit to your Christmas list as you will probably need more fuel with the Pure Turbos.
