brake line rubber bits?

I bought a set of steel brake lines and I am trying to figure out what these extra little rubber plugs are for. Came with both front and rear sets.
Pretty sure they are just plugs to put in the lines temporarily? When I tried to find parts list or instructions to look it up I couldn't find anything.
