split screen options

Can you have the weather displayed as well as the media you are using on the split screen? I can only split between media and Nav. Can figure out how to do this. Anyone got any experience?

You can have media on your main screen by pressing the appropriate button next to the iDrive controller and then select weather app for the split screen. This way both would show at the same time.

I can get the weather via BMW online in iDrive but then when I activate split screen (shifting contoller to the right) it always defaults to Navigation. Not sure how to default to media or radio in this combo with weather. Anyone got any ideas?

Mine does.
If im not wrong, when you turn on the split screen, move the iDrive controller to the right, towards the 2nd screen, the press the controller down, you should be able to select what you want to see in the split.

Im not at the car now, but If im not wrong my weather was under Widgets or something similar, then you can choose the weather!

Ahhh maybe pressing the controller down is the trick to select what you want! I will give this a try! Thanks for the help Vodoxus!

Worked like a charm Vodoxus... now have my media and weather on my split screen. Thanks for the help!
