ConnectedDrive: no internet access

Despite displaying Internet signal with full bars, I could not get the system to access the Internet - including online and personal services like roadside assistance. I have not driven the car for a week, so it's due for the update to correct that security flaw. I checked the connection several times while driving in case it was coverage, and also powered it on/off several times. Does anyone know how to reset the system, or have any idea what might have caused this ?
