Thanks! Did you run them with helpers? I installed some 5" x 2.25s + 1/2" compressed helpers - tires should arrive tomorrow so I'll test it out and report back (hoping I can swing a 6" without a helper).

This was related to fitting a 295/30, but I would not be surprised if someone could achieve that without the 5" spring I change camber at the track so I drive to/from the track with -2, so tires have to fit pretty well for it to work |

18" Square Setup - Rotatable
Today my new apex sprint wheels shipped...10.5x18 et40 square.
I'm really looking forward to being able to rotate this year and try out all new tire options...I was somewhat limited by running the standard Apex EC7 stag step up 10x18 and 11x18. I would like the ability to run 295/30 with MCS coils + 6" spring w/ 2.25 helper. Hoping that I can obtain the clearance with a 12 or 15mm spacer. The goal is to be able to street drive @ â€2 camber and adjust to -3 camber in the paddock. Sounds like it's possible? anyone daily driving R7s |

I'm running a 295/30 on an 18x10.5 wheel without any issues. It's actually very easy to fit this combo on a GTS. Plenty of clearance on the inside and outside using the OEM GTS KW 3W 8" long front spring and -3.3 camber.

I've done it with both, but I prefer 18" and run those more often

I'm pretty sure I ran 285/30R1, which is wide as hell, on the helper setup |

So I was able to easily fit 295/30/18s w/ a 5" spring + helper (18x10 et33 + 12mm spacer - I'm still waiting on my 18x10.5s). I'm also running -3.1* Camber.
Based on my measurements this would have fit with a 6" spring too as my perch is still sitting about flush with the top of the wheel. That being said, I'm unsure of fitment with a 18x10.5 wheel - likely would require a ~15mm spacer and running the perch fully above the tire.

EAS recommendation - set my present MCS configuration to a 5” primary for the previous 6” with a Hyperco Top Helper with the collar clearing a 295/30/18 Toyo RR, which run narrow, on a Titan-7 Forged 18x10.5” +34 with 15mm Spacer … I might need a 20mm spacer with a Yokohama A052 295/30/18 as they run really wide Please keep us posted! |

Loads of experience here…I am looking to move to a 18x10.5 sq setup…running 5” springs on MCS’s with a helper all around.
For tyres…going to run 285 or 295… Is ET22 best setup to achieve this? I actually need to get a set of wheels ASAP, likely gong to pickup a set of apex or bbs RiA set this week. |

10.5” Rear will clear the above mentioned, +34 to +40 with appropriate spacer width for the front. Front offset after spacer runs anywhere from +12 to +20 depending on coil setup. I plan on removing the helper and running a 5” primary up front. Rear helper has been removed already. |

I run 6 sets of BimmerWorld TA5R in 10.5 ET36. That requires around a 15mm spacer up front, nothing in the rear. |

Right now my car is at the installer getting MCS coilovers with a 6" spring plus helper.
At home I have a set of 10.5x18 ET40 wheels with Yoko A052s mounted and ready to go using a 20mm spacer. My street camber is -2. Will it fit? I'm a bit concerned. Should I tell my installer to ditch the helper and/or have him quickly order a 5" spring? Or should I order a 22.5mm spacer. |

Over the weekend saw BW had a couple blemished TA5R's in 10.5 ET36 that I snatched up, going to get two AR-1 295/30/18 to mount to them and test the front. This has been reported to work, though I'm on B16 kit so the inner clearance may bite me. I can do ~ -3 camber and have a 15mm spacer on hand, fingers crossed...
If it works then will prob get 2 more and move to a square setup after I start/finish off the CR-S I've got on deck with the standard staggered 10/11" Apex setup. Excited to try out these Nankangs either way, I've read good things If no-go on the fitment, be on the lookout for a Classifieds post... |

OK, picked up a set of Apex EC7 ET40 10.5" and will run a sq setup. Will review and circle back shortly on fitment.
My setup is MCS's running on 5" springs and will run 285 hoosier R7's...which are beefy. Stay tuned...
