dealer called to collect deposit
My guy down in silicon valley called me to see if I wanted to join the list. He said he'd hold a check until the order sheet came in. Only one other person on the list. I suppose it doesn't matter who is first since they all come on one truck.
Then when I said I wanted a sedan, he said no deposit necessary. This means one of two things: either it's going to be super easy to get a sedan, or sedan production might start later than coupe.

-will ED cars come out of dealer allocation (he wasn't sure) -will they have a dealer car available for demo/test drive (he said the first cars will be sold sight unseen as plenty of people are willing to purchase w/o a test drive) i was interested in EDing a sedan after the first year of production, and after a test drive.
