Tint installer Scratched my rear glass?

What say you? 99% sure these scratches weren't there before. Look like exacto knife scratches to me.

Not sure if I should just accept this or push the installer to replace the glass.

you need to prove those scratches weren't there before. Or you can leave 1 star on their Yelp review

My bad! Yes I hate that shit, happened to me several times having my windows tinted in the past. Now you have weigh the risk of replacing the rear glass or living with the marks. I'm sorry.

Bring to their attention calmly and see what they say. They probably won’t agree to replace the glass but they may give you a refund and you’d have to see if it’s something you can live with. I’m sure it would be something I can eventually ignore. I’ve been driving with a 2 foot crack right across the drivers side front windshield and I pretty much ignore it. Don’t want to fix it yet because window cracks are a way of life where I live and I want to collect a couple more cracks before I replace it.
