Mpg
For those of you who really drive your car hard on the street.. how many mpg are you getting on average. I’ve been taking it very easy in eco mode most of the time with the occasional full performance settings pulls….and getting just above 19mpg. Just curious if it’s worth being a little more adventurous and figuring approximately what the added fuel costs would be.

I average about 19-20mpg. Usually a few hard pulls but the majority of those miles are highway/back roads.

I stay at 20.5. I normally stay in sport and have a couple decent accelerations. But my commute to work is 4 miles one way and the highest 'speed limit' is 40
But staying on highway could do 26-28 depending on how fast I want to drive |

I am averaging 19 as well, no commute so mainly short drives to run errants. Most of the times in eco mode and the occasional pull in sport plus.
I hve a comp model. Cant believe guys are doing 26. Even with commute ore covid I was still at 20 with mainly freeway miles.

Here's my short 5.2 mile drive to work. Had a good amount of green lights so minimal stopping. Set the cruise to 35 for half of the drive and then the other majority was 52 mph. Both in 6th gear for it

I love the question of what is the average MPGs for cars driven hard on streets and the response of people in the 20s. 20s is not driving hard, that is cruising gently and never letting the turbos spool. Once the turbos spool up the MPGs drop because it gives the effect of a much larger engine. People getting EPA rated fuel economy or better are lying if they say they drive hard. Try mid teens for driving hard. Add ethanol and it is worse. Cruise control over 400 miles at 80-85 net me around 21 MPGs.

I average about 17~18 MPG and that's with occasional hard pulls and like 90% city driving now. I don't commute anymore so anytime I drive out it's to like a restaurant near home or grocery shopping or to the gym lol.
When I used to commute to work and I drove pretty conseratively like no jack rabbit starts, keeping it in D1 Efficent, keeping it under like 3000 RPM, I would get like 21 MPG average but that is a lot of low speed rolling like less than 30 MPH. If I am driving like a lot of smooth freeway and mix in some city driving like from LA -> Laguna Beach, I think at best I average around ~24MPG. My AC is always on though keeping the car at a cold 66~68. Never turned it off to save fuel or increase power lol.

I've been taking it easy for the past few weeks (just normal commuting and quick runs to the supermarket): the car says 20.9mpg. Normally it's 16.5-17.5mpg. Best I've ever gotten is 22.6mpg. Worst I've had is ~14mpg.
6MT ZCP. A/C always on at 66 degrees at the lowest speed.

My commute to work is about 2 miles and another 2 miles to the gym. My average MPG is about 15.5 and sometimes in the 12-13s with hard pulls. Running Stage 1 BM3 tune

I'm averaging around 19, mostly backroads and city stuff. Drove like 90 minutes the other day to a mountain bike spot, all in eco all highways, screen was showing over 28mpg there and back... Obviously that wasn't my actual average, but that was my best MPG per tank thus far, 23 ish.
