Shops around Seattle for installing mods?

Hello everyone! I'm looking for recommendations around the Seattle area (or south, like Puyallup) for a shop to install some parts on a 2015 M4: lowering springs, front lip, reflectors, etc. I've tried calling a few shops, but they are looking to charge me 1k - 1.5k just to install the lowering springs, which seems high, especially since I do not have the adaptive suspension. Is this the market rate or are there any other shops out there that I might have missed?

Did you check Achtuning? They are pretty good. Labor rates for dealerships are 200$+ an hour so not sure how independents are pricing themselves these days.
