Once this is ready for Bxx engines, will you also offer this for EU customers?

Yes, once this platform is supported it will be available for all of them independent of the region.

Two questions?
Do you plan the offer for EU customers, too?
I can't find the F20/F21 (M135i) on the site... Does the method work with the M135i and what can be done?

We plan on offering this to all regions and will be adding missing vehicles to the website in the over the next week. 135 will have options for sport display recalibration, speed limiter removal, RPM raise + Tuning for more horsepower/torque.

Please note that due to high demand it will take some time to iron out every vehicle/model - our focus is primarily on M vehicles at the moment but we will not leave the non M or Diesel vehicles behind!

This will be added shortly (likely in the next few days). We will be tuning an X5M later today. Stay "tuned".

Flash counter is incremented with every flash, even flashes at the dealer. We are working on a solution to prevent this from incrementing. The flash counter should not be a warranty concern as it doesn't contain any information as to what was flashed. For those that have had F series ECUs flashed by us in the past, we can revert the counter backward.

I don't think that is the issue. The issue is that Bmw can see how many times they have flashed the car so if it doesn't align to their system they will know it was tampered with

Questions:

1. Do you have any plans in offering a full E85 OTS map? or will that require a custom tune?

2. Does your software have any data logging and DME diagnostic capabilities?

3. Is a GTS DCT flash included similar to other vendor offerings?

Can you name someone who's been denied warranty because the flash count did not match BMW's records?

What if the technician screwed up and needed to flash the DME more than once? How will BMW be able to use the flash count as any type of leverage against the customer if they have no idea what was flashed?

Does bench flashing increment flash counter? Is this a partial file? I would like to see some data if you have that. Who tuned the partial file? Sorry for all questions, just this is quite a leap without full info.

Me, for one. You are mistaken with your assumptions here. Even if the tech has to multiple flash, those are requested by the dealer system to BMW. So don't kid yourself.

Warranty discussion has no place in this thread. If you're concerned about warranty don't have your car tuned, full stop. Not sure why these warranty discussions still rage on. Caveat emptor.

Who is actually creating the tune? I get that there's a new method of delivering the tune, but I see no graphs, no +HP,+TQ figures, etc.

Sorry to hear about your experience, but I don't know your story, so maybe you just need a mod friendly SA that's willing to fight for your warranty. Can't say the same for Canada, but things are definitely different in California, and most parts of the US.

Also probing questions are not assumptions. I asked the questions to help debunk any myths about the flash counter. I never made any statements about it.

However, all this BS about warranty belong somewhere else in the forum.

I do agree, although that is the primary reason so many are hesitant to bench flash. Many waited for this in hopes to avoid any dealer issues. So it is relevant.

That is the least concern, flash counter would only be of notice IF it is collected by FASTA, AND if it a significantly large number, like > 10. A smaller number cannot be used to differentiate between BMW dealers flashing an F8x or someone else doing it. Further the counter will increase even if you flash yourself with BMW DME firmware, how does that void warranty? BMW uses other means than a mere counter to identify software tampering, search and be enlightened

People that are worried about voiding warranty if modifying their cars should just not do it...
