Alpine White F80 on Red TE37

I recently met up with a couple of photographer friends and took a few shots of my F80. I used to have 19" Mag Blue TE37SL's but I think 18" TE's look better. i found a set of 18 inch OG TE37 in Burning Red for a great deal and figured i'd try them out.

18x9.5 ET22 (+15mm Spacer)
18x10.5 ET22

I don't know how i feel about the "loud" look yet. I do love it, but at the same time, i'm not sure if I'll keep it for long. The car is not a daily driver but if i ever decide to take it to work, i'm not sure how seriously people will take me pulling into professional corporate offices with red wheels lol. i might switch it up for a dark color set, but for now, here's how it looks:

It's definitely "too loud" for a street car. If it was setup as a track/race car then sure. Graphite/black or a darker shade would contrast nicely on a white car.

Yea, i'll keep it for a bit, but i wanna try bronze next.

Bronze looks good on a black or white car. I would try to keep the lip a silver color or polished and bronze on the spokes.

Too loud . +1 on the bronze . If my 666m don’t sell imma get them colored to a dark bronze !

Haha exactly. Right now i'm getting a lot of looks and compliments in person but i think imma get tired of the flashiness

I love 18" TEs! I actually like the red...it's always nice to be a little more bold once in awhile.

It's loud but I actually really like it. All matches well; good balance of white, red, and carbon. If anything I would say it's a little too JDM for a German car, but that's a matter of preference.

Where on LI? I'm in 11768. Local meet?
