Brake Booster Swap (For CCB) - What's involved / DIY?

Hi all,

I've done a lot of searching and I've seen a lot of people mention they've done the booster swap on an F80 M3 when going to or from CCB, but nobody has really commented what's involved or any step by step on the matter.

Does anyone have or can throw out a quick write up on what's involved or any surprises that would be found?
