CBC is a GREAT way to reduce the risk of a slipped hub... inexpensive, easy to install, proven. Easy recommendation for anyone with an S55.

I got mine done in total 370 canadian dollars which is about 280 american dollars.
Parts + labor. My mechanics only do M cars, and they do like 4-5 crankhubs every couple weeks so ya they know how to rail it off quick. Charged me 140 usd for labor. |

Yes, there have been a few cases that I've been familiar with, which is one of the reasons I describe CBC + Splinelock as the complete solution. That said, of the spins I've seen, most spins were on vehicles with no CBC.
