I too would say either the Competition package or next gen M3. If i were to move from an M3, i would go X5M and an Hellcat for the weekend/track

Picked up my next car 3 days ago. Traded my F82 DCT for F80 6-MT and I believe the F80 will be a lifer. Would love to add a GT3 to the fleet at some point!

My thought is this, as long as you try not to think about what else you could have either now or later, its takes away from what you have now. That could be true for anything in life. IMHO
Key to happiness, be happy with what you have because there is no better for you!

I intend to trade in the M4 in another year or two before the warranty expires. I could always get another one but I'd rather wait a couple of years for the Gxx M4. My initial intention was to try the C63 AMG S, a used 991.1 GTS or the Alfa Giulia but lately, I'm more and more convinced that a Corvette Z06 is what I really want. I was lucky enough to drive one recently and the car looks, sounds and goes spectacularly. The interior is actually pretty good and in the right (wrong) settings, the car feels as daily driveable as my M4. I don't know when I'll ever get the chance to own a 650 hp V8 in this era of downsizing and efficiency, and for similar money to the M4 to boot. Hopefully by then, GM has been able to sort out the overheating problems on the 2015s and the initial craziness that led to insane dealer markups has dissipated.

997.2 GT3 RS to add and keep the F80 for life. Two car stable plus the wife's whatever she ends up with.
