Dallas, TX area for purchasing 19 inch rims?

About to pull the trigger on a used 2015 M3. It has 18's and the tires will need to be replaced soon. Was thinking this would be a good time to go to 19's. Where in Dallas can I go for a good rim and tire selection that won't crush the bank? Not willing to pay $1,000 per rim. Looking more for Sub $500 (not including tire). Something in black. I live in Frisco, TX.
