That being said, depending on the deal the OP got, it might be worthwhile just for the CF hood, lip and diffuser.
Yes and the designated paint color. Plus a higher base-line for power.

Ok, as been discussed, MPE or any other rear exhaust shouldn’t affect warranty status, as long as the cats aren’t touched. Honestly, aftermarket suspension isn’t a major warranty issue, either. You’re limiting your suspension choices based on that thought. I’m sure you understand that a top brand Coilover with built in plates is going to perform better than a slap of HAS and Camber plates. The springs on certain kits are better suited for Camber plates.

Also, wouldn’t those aftermarket Camber plates defeat the warranty compliance on the suspension?

Good point about the SMB colour. I forgot about that because for us in Canada, SMB has been made a standard colour offering on all M3/4.

Don't forget that the MPE and MP-HAS are also themselves warrantied by BMW matching the car's warranty period for a complete hassle free experience.

As for the suspension, yes, in general coilovers can indeed offer a greater performance advantage on track, but I've also read and heard quite a few not so stellar experiences with coilovers. My car serves the dual duty of both DD and track car, I therefore prefer to maintain the adaptive nature of the suspension. With the MP-HAS, I benefit from BMW's own extensive and professional development which offers a very good compromise between track performance and DD compliance. The camber plates are also a compromise I need to deal with to extend track tire life. That's essentially the only non-OEM mod I have on my car.

As for the "higher baseline power", that's irrelevant. All S55 are mechanically the same (save for the one in the GTS). So any tune will provide the same power regardless of the "baseline" factory tune (base/CP/CS).

I mean many ppl daily Coilovers such as KW V3’s. And I’m
Going to be dailying JRZ’s with plates, that are known for street comfort and track performance.

I guess my point is, the Camber plates could affect warranty claims regarding suspension. You might as well get the best suspension to suit for track too.

Also, what exhaust failures are you referring to? I’m sure any axelback would be hassle-free.

Alright point made. Thanks and enjoy the ride
