Even if you raise the height enough to avoid rubbing, it 1) looks too high, 2) tyres stick out PAST the fender line

The only way to avoid rubbing is to set camber at -2.5* or more, which resulted in reduced straight line traction.

At first I thought it was the R888R that ran wide, so I purchased a set of PS4S 305/30r19 and it’s the same. Tyres poking out past fender

So the only way to avoid rubbing and run normal camber is to go with smaller tyres probably

*edit
got 295/30r19 PS4S put on today and clearance is better but *still* rubs under rear load on big dips. but it looks so nice!

Ya they used the wrong offset to width package, should have been a 19x11 +44 or even a 19x11.5 +44…both fit perfectly and allow larger tires

My rears are 19x11 +37 with Michelin PS4S 305/30R19 and I was rubbing pretty bad..had to raise my rear to near stock height and run about -2.2 camber to clear.

It's like Volk guessed on fitments and just went with it. I remember when these weird fitments originally came out…didn't make sense then and still doesn't make sense now…

In fact most of the 'standard' M3/M4 rear fitments are poor. Take BBS FI-R's for example, a x10.5 +35 for a rear fitment? Lol absolutely terrible use of the space in the rear as an x11.5 (+44 to +45) fits with no issue.

The kicker is that none of these companies corrected their fitments. Blows me away, especially from the big brands.

I must have had the 10.5 rears because I had 305/30/19 RE-11s lowered on springs with no issues.

Tread width varies from brand to brand so that could be the reason.

Maybe you can help me:
I have FI-R's right now with 295/30/19 PS4's + Ohlins no rubs whatsover and my drop is decent.

I need to replace soon and was considering ps4s 305/30

Think I can get away with it?

Yes, technically you can make it fit with a lot of rear camber…maybe -3 or so? I would not go above -2.3 or you will be changing your tires quick from inner camber wear on the street…along with some performance drawbacks (less traction).

A 305/30/19 PS4S is a wide 305 with a non-stiff sidewall, for that reason I would probably stay at the 295/30 size on your x10.5 wheels. If your fitment was spec'd with a medium width 305 tire with a stiff sidewall, then it would be ok to match up with your rear wheels.

You'll have a better wheel width-to-offset package to work with up front @19x9.5+22… a 265/35 would pair nice with a bit of camber over stock

Seems like they keep changing the offset' widths on the TE37 SL's, as I've seen different fitments here. I ordered a set in 19x9.5 +22/ 19x10.5 +35 and I'm trying to find the best tire combos with MPS4's while lowered on coilovers. I would like to see if 265/35/19 for the front and 295/35/19 for the rears will work without too much camber, or even 305's.

Do you think 305/35/19 in the PS4's will work on the rear (19x10.5 +35, lowered)?

35 profile is gonna be too tall. Either 295/30 or 305/30.

Sorry for the newb question. What's the difference from SL and Ultra M? What's everyone's recommendations for a concave spec on 19"? Thanks in advance.

I've seen one put 285/35 fornthe rears on 19x10.5 +22. He has the Sakir Orange M3 on page 5 and 6. I agree with on the 295 305 with a 30 profile working. What I'm looking for is more sidewall. But the guy's set-up worked with a 35 profile on the front and rear

Just put on my 19x10.5 TEs with 22 offset rear. There's a tiny bit of poke. I'm going to get some camber dialed in and hopefully it'll sit flush. In your case you'll have to run a intense amount of camber almost like a stance car.

That's incorrect information….I'm running 19x10.5 et22 offset in the rear with 295/35/19s PS4Ss lowered and there's no rubbing. A 305 tire isn't that much different. I still have a full finger length from wheel/tire to fender.

Never said it was/was not going to rub, simply stated that it is too tall. 295/30 305/30 is closer to the stock overall diameter compared to 295/35 305/35.

Sooo looks like my wheels came in a few months early and am getting them this week. Now i'm onto the tire order and having a tough time:

Car: '15 M4 lowered on Swift springs

Wheels: TE37 SL in HMB
19x9.5 +21
10x10.5 +35

Front:
265/35
275/35

Rear:
295/30
295/35 (these seem kind of tall with the sidewall, no?)
305/30

Tires:
PROBABLY going with MP4S unless someone can convince me otherwise. I don't want to deal with a ton of rubbing so i'm a little worried about the 275 front section and also the 305 rear (although I hear the M4 rear wells are possibly more forgiving)

My front wheels are almost identical to yours (same everything just et22). I have MP4Ss 265/35/19 fronts. At full lock there's about a finger length of clearance inside the wheel well. You can try running a 275, worst case if it rubs too much at full lock you can heat up the inner plastic with a heat gun and push it back.

Ok awesome thanks. I ended up going with the 265/295 combo just for the ease of it and also didn't want to run the max tire width on a 10.5 rear and have the tire look bloated.

Should have some pics later this week i'm hoping!
