Had my X1 towed and serviced there back in the day, they helped me out with discounts/DIY/ and lots of advice on what to do and when. There was no jerking around they did great with my situation. Water pump, radiator, oil leak, engine issues. Could have been a massive problem, they came through to mitigate that.

Old thread but I just dropped off my car with Frankie and Robert to replace my MPE and rear dust shields. They have been great so far.

Talked to Robert a little before I left. He knows his stuff.
