Michelin PS AS4 - Load Index

I was going to order a set Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 from TireRack, but 285/35/19 are on backorder until FEBRUARY. Those have a load index of 103. I found the same size, but with a 99 load index on other sites. Is the difference in load rating going to be an issue? They're rated at 1,929 lbs and 1,709 lbs respectively. It doesn't seem like too much of a difference, but I am questioning why TireRack doesn't even list the 99 option.
