Yikes, sorry McChris - what a start to the weekend. Glad you're mostly fine - that's the most important, and glad you had no one riding in the passenger seat. Let the insurance company do the work and get you on the road to recovery + your new ride.

for sure. didn't really feel the impact too bad. I was more startled by the glass and airbags. this was my first accident involving airbags. car felt very safe through the whole thing.

they were stopped at a stop sign that said oncoming traffic doesn't stop. I started to turn left and they proceeded through stop sign. cop that showed up cited him for failure to remain stopped. other guy was very argumentative so it may go to court but police report is in my favor.

All kidding aside. Glad you're ok.

I know it's not 100% but this is why I have a front and rear dash cam. It can help you if and when you have an accident that is not your fault (and you can claim it is broken otherwise &#128580.

I got rear ended and had it all on video. Clearly not my fault and the guy who hit me was super nice and apologetic. He kept on saying it's his fault and insurance said the same thing.
